Discovery Answers
Co-founded by Ben Bershad
Discovery Answers is a web platform where lawyers and paralegals send discovery requests and their clients answer them online. A client answers each question on the platform and attaches the documents that go with that question directly to it. The lawyer reviews the answers, the client signs, and the finished set is served back as one organized package, rather than a stack of loose documents.
Discovery Answers also supports the Michigan CC 320 Verified Financial Information Form (VFIF), letting a party complete it online, question by question, with attachments and appendices in place, and produce the finished form.
Why Ben co-founded it
Ben built Discovery Answers after years of forensic accounting and business valuation work in family law cases, where discovery responses often arrive as unorganized document dumps that are hard for anyone, lawyer or client, to work through. Discovery Answers is his attempt to give both sides a clearer, more organized way to exchange that information.
A separate company
Discovery Answers, LLC is a separate company from Bershad Valuation Consulting. Ben does not have access to documents on the platform, and Bershad Valuation Consulting does not receive, review or use anything submitted to Discovery Answers.
